Scholarship Opportunities

CCEI is not a scholarship agency and does not issue any scholarships. CCEI coursework is approved for several scholarship programs, as listed below.

New York EIP Scholarship

CCEI offers non-credit bearing distance learning courses that have been approved using OCFS criteria to ensure they meet the New York State training requirements.

Scholarship funding to participate in this training may be available through the Educational Incentive Program (EIP).  For more information or to apply for a scholarship, visit www.ecetp.pdp.albany.edu. You may also contact EIP at eip@pdp.albany.edu or 1.800.295.9616.

Florida T.E.A.C.H. Scholarship

CCEI’s FCCPC staff credential, Renewal for staff credential, Renewal for National CDA, and Renewal for Director Credential are all recognized by the Florida DCF. Florida students enrolling in these programs may be eligible for T.E.A.C.H. scholarships to complete these programs. For information, click the link below.

Early Learning Coalition of Florida’s Gateway, Inc.

Florida students living in the following counties; Columbia, Hamilton, Lafayette, Suwanee, and Union, enrolling in certain CCEI certificate programs, may be eligible for scholarship funds through the Early Learning Coalition of Florida’s Gateway, Inc.

Eligible online programs include: College Credit Eligible Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate, Instructor Supported CDA Certificate, Self Study CDA Certificate, Florida Child Care Professional Credential Certificate (FCCPC), Florida Director’s Credential Renewal, CDA Renewal, Child Care Orientation Certificate, Infant-Toddler Orientation Certificate, Child Development Certificate.

Early Learning Coalition of Florida Heartlands

Florida students living in the following counties: Charlotte, DeSoto, Hardee and Highlands, enrolling in certain CCEI certificate programs, may be eligible for training reimbursement through the Early Learning Coalition of Florida Heartlands.

Early Learning Coalition of Brevard County

Florida students living in the county of Brevard enrolling in certain CCEI certificate programs may be eligible for training reimbursement through the Early Learning Coalition of Brevard County.

Florida students living in the county of Osceola enrolling in certain CCEI certificate programs may be eligible for training reimbursement through the Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County.

Florida students living in the county of Marion enrolling in certain CCEI certificate programs may be eligible for training reimbursement through the Early Learning Coalition of Marion County.

Florida students living in the Orange County district and enrolling in certain CCEI certificate programs may be eligible for scholarship funds through the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County (ELCOC). Eligible online programs include: Florida Child Care Professional Credential Certificate (FCCPC) and Online Self Study CDA.

Connecticut Charts-A-Course Scholarship

CCEI’s College Credit Eligible CDA Certificate program is recognized by Connecticut Charts-A-Course. Connecticut students enrolling in this program may be eligible for scholarship funds to complete their program. For information on this scholarship program, click the link below.

The Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts (MYCAA) Program

Military spouses of active duty service members enrolling in CCEI certificate programs may be eligible for financial aid assistance through the Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts Program (MYCAA). The MYCAA program will cover the tuition cost (only) for all CCEI certificate programs of study.

IdahoSTARS Scholarship Program

Students in the State of Idaho who are registered in the Professional Development Training Registry and enrolling in certain CCEI certificate programs may be eligible for scholarship funds through IdahoSTARS CDA training scholarship.

CCEI’s Professional Development Subscription program is accepted by the Maryland Office of Child Care, Credentialing Branch.
